Tuesday, July 6th-Wii Open Play-We will have the projector screen and Wii set up for open play from 3-5:30 pm. Play one of our games or bring your own!

Thursday, July 8th-No Phone Zone-Bring the entire family as we watch The Oprah Winfrey show on the big screen as she promotes the movement to create a “No Phone Zone” within vehicles. Attendants will be asked to sign a pledge agreeing not to text or talk while driving. Great for all ages, especially teens who are big texters!

Tuesday, July 13th-Self-Defense Class I-Join local Resource Officer Cindy Rohrscheib as she presents the first half of a self-defense and personal safety course for young people. Great for everyone, but especially girls who plan on going off to college.

Thursday, July 15th-Watercolors Art Class-Art teacher and artist Nance Rhodes DiPiero will be at the library to give teens a lesson on painting using watercolors. All supplies will be provided. However, get here early as seating is limited to the first 20 arrivals.

Tuesday, July 20th-Self-Defense Class II-Part II of the self-defense/personal safety class with Cindy Rohrscheib.

Thursday, July 22nd-Cullman Grotto-The Cullman Grotto is a local chapter of the National Speleological Society, and they will be here to talk about their organization what they do, complete with sharing and pictures of  their recent trip to Yosemite to rappel and climb El Capitan. Tuesday, July 27th-. Teens will have the opportunity to create a bead and cowry shell book thong that can also be transformed into a cool summer anklet. Get here early as participation is limited to the first 36 teens who arrive.

Thursday, Juy 29th-Come join us as we create awesome crafts, such as bags, visors, and/or flip flops.
